No online product or symptom record
The three situations are authored content. The blank product list contains no input fields, editable answers, submission action or saved health data. Readers can write on their own printed copy; that writing is not part of this website.
Browser-only reading controls
Library searches and reading-type filters run locally. The text-size button changes the display. These controls do not send values or save them in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. A fresh load resets them; browser history may restore a prior view.
Native topics and printing
Topic and sheet links use public address fragments that can appear in browser history. The print button opens the browser’s print dialog without submitting answers to a remote rendering service. Your browser, printer and chosen print destination handle any copy you create.
Ordinary requests and external links
Browsers, networks and hosting services process ordinary page requests. This is not confidential clinical communication or a promise of anonymous browsing. Source and commercial links open external services with their own practices. Ordinary website channels are not emergency care.
